I have my shoutbox at the top -- I found some posts of people asking how to add the shoutbox to the viewforum.php everyone says add the code to viewforum.php and tpl files but no one says where?

i cant figure out where to put it any help?

i tried searching these forums but there seems to be a problem with the search here too
