How to make this mod mass mail only active users?

what do you mean by "active"
in compination with autogroup mod, you may email users witch have a specific level of posts
in compination with autogroup mod, you may email users witch have a specific level of posts
(if a how-to is EM ready, it will mostly be bullet prof, since a machine is more picky than a human. 
)
