Makes it posble for admin to specify witch type of users may mass PM any usergroup
Also PM users can be a list of usernames, so PM can be sendt to any number of users

anyway, there's a problem on 2.0.2; when you point to groupmsg.php the page is showing but you can't select the groups, the cascade menù is empty.

no problem, now you know what happens if you are not a member of any groups
