i 'm sorry but something is wrong in your installation
Which files don't work for you ? admin_users ? admin_user_ban ?
You have to edit these files and add your existing mod like Birthday, also in their body.tpl
Do you have an error message ?

it works at 100% and nobody report me this error
http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=205252

1st: only moderators have access to the ModCP -> do you use a MOD account or an ADMIN account ?

2nd: Moderator can't edit ADMIN account
Moderator can't edit other MOD account
Moderator can edit his account and normal users accounts
Moderator can't delete every users accounts
Moderator can disable normal users accounts

3rd: ModCP isn't designed to allow ADMIN to use it, because he has the same options in AdminCP

Download it from there http://perso.edeign.com/kooky/viewforum.php?f=5

Please don't compare these Mods to the ModCP
they are completly different
Jr Admin is horrible and adds a lot of queries (too heavy)
Super Mod has few security holes

Well a have some things removed and installed all the files from your link and it works indeed.

I have a question, can I use "user level" with Modcp? So that I make one user moderatorplus that have the modcp and a normal moderator not?

P.S. jr admin is indeed crapp :D and supermod is leak like a sieve. The idea is great, so I like your userlevel.

Username Color + User Level + ModCP are designed to work together (or as stand alone)

so Yes User Level will work with ModCP
Currently User level is still in beta development
The first part (add new user level) is available
The second will be available soon (add permissions to those new levels)

Not tested but when you assign a level to a user, it overwrite the first choice
if he was MOD, he will be MOD_PLUS and should keep his moderation rights

Report back if any problem
With the second part, that will be more easy to assign the ModCP to higher level than MOD
