How DO Install It

Hi,
I just Installed it and I did not use easy mod or anything cause I don't know how. I edited the tail page and when the moderator login in to MCP it has a black page and that all so please tell me how to install it.

If you have followed the installation guide, with the tutorial over here: http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article.php?article_id=150

Then it is asumed to work.
