i have a question about one mod script, that i use on the phpbb 2.0.11 http://test.ringsurf.de/forum/ it's working the "Select default language" script! but when i go to russian or another language it's show me very funy things like this "Òåêóùåå âðåìÿ" ! to read it i have to go to view and select entcoding => Cyrillic, ...

so when i go to another phpbb forum like that one http://pyccflirt.de/forum/ i don't have to go to view and chnage it to cyrillic! it's show me in russian! why it's that like this? what can i do, without to change it in view => entcoding => cyrillic !?
