It seems that my regular users (non-admin and non-mod) have the option to post as a global announcement! How can I fix this so it's only for admins?

ETA ~ Interesting, I can post a global announcement here, too. I am assuming that means that's the way that the mod is written, but I want to limit it to only my Admins being able to use the Global Announcement feature.

You'l have to change the permissions of the forums to admin for global posting.


EDIT: I didn't sound to clear to myself so I will make it a little clearer.

In the admin panel go to permissions under forum admin, choose the forum you want to change permissions of, and change the drop-down menu by global anouce to admin.

I did eventually figure out that the mod is set to allow everyone by default and changed it. Thank you for your reply!
