First:
I did run the DB installation script.
I did check if everything is okay (all changes are made and so on).
The MOD shows an option to create a Global Announcement; but if it's checked, it only creates a "normal" announcement which is shown as "Gloabl Announcement: <Topic Title>" but only in the forum I posted it to...
I'm using phpBB 2.0.11... why doesn't it work?
