Installation Bug?

When I installed the Global Announcement MOD, my access to a disabled forum [Admin Access - another mod] no longer works. I am wondering where in the mods I can get it to work again, so I don't have to reactivate the disabled forum. [it's disabled so I don't have to worry about other people screwing with the database]
