I installed the Global announcement mod and its great and its working good. But I have a question. I saw on a couple other forums the possibility to have global announcements in the forum index. How do I do that? And what files do I need to edit and what codes do I need to add to those files?

I don't know if this is a bug or something but I can make my topic a global announcement. Is that a standard function of the mod? Because otherwise all users can make announcement topics here and on my board
