Difficult to put Male/Female search in memberlist?

Would it be difficult to enable a search for either all males or all females [only] in the memberlist?

(instead of searching for gender ascending/descending)

yeah, how difficult is it? :(.... I need to change that ascending/descending to male or female... :(
