I MUST say that I love this shoutbox mod. This is an excellent work.

I am planning to install it on my board, but I wonder if anyone could help me with one thing (sounds simple, but I don't know how to do it):

You know on the shoutbox_max.php page,

The message composing box is on the top, and the posted messages and replies are below it. I don't think this is convenient to view all the chat. Instead, I would like to see:

1. The message composing box is on the bottom.
2. Thus all the posted messages and replies should be the reverse order of the current order, meaning, the latest replies will be close to the composing box at the bottom.
3. Can I set the number of shout posts for the shout_max.php on one page? or is it controlled in the admin panel just like regular posts?

1. this should be a matter of changeing the template files
2. s.shout_session_time DESC -> s.shout_session_time ASC
3. define ('NUM_SHOUT', 20);
