Can somone telle me why my shoutbox_max look like this when i am not logget in:

And like this when i am logget in:
http://home9.inet.tele.dk/kongelys/in.htm
It is only in Internet Explorer i have the problem, it works fine in Opera

I have the same problem, but just in FireFox, in IE it looks fine...
