Need help to make a few minor changes to font

Ok,shoutbox installed and works well so far.Now a few questions.
Where it says SHOUTBOX at the top of the shoutbox box the text is white and I would like to change that colour to something else.Im currently using SubBlack template.Also I would like to make the shoutbox accesible to the site admin and moderates only.And lastly I would like to increase the font size inside the shoutbox just al ittle bit bigger.
