Hi. Some users of my board suggested me to find a way to reduce the number of posts in the main shoutbox.
I've set the autoprune at 1 day, and that helped me to keep the shoutbox light. But now with the increase of the users I'm searching a way to keep the shoutbox lighter. Keeping, for example, only the last five messages... eventually leaving the other messages of the day in the shoutbox max, but I've got no ideas on how I can made this.
Is there anyone who has tried this mod before me? ^^;;

I'll advise you to keep your shoutbox as clean as it can be.
When my shoutbox gets to full, my whole forum gets slow!

So now, every night, I'm deleting a few last pages of my shoutbox
