hi there, i have just installed the extra permissions mod (neccessary for shoutbox install) that was succesful, then i installed shoutbox, that was succesful, and i've just been to my forum - www.lazyrecords.co.uk .. and there are no more boards or forums!

it may be worth mentioning i used EasyMod for both - with no errors

hope someone can shed some light .. i can post whatever code / de-bug info you guys need

The extra permissions mod is no longer necessary to install the Shoutbox mod. I'm sorry to hear about the disappeared forums . Unfortunately, I don't know the reason but hopefully somebody else can help you.
