Hello any kind soul out there who might able to help me out with my current problem

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'sfesta_phpb1.SHOUTBOX_TABLE' doesn't exist

I installed the shoutbox just yesterday and I was having the same problem as you.

What you need to do is execute the included "shoutbox_db_update.php" script from the root directory of phpbb, and it should then automatically update your database. After that, everything should work fine. No more "General Error" messages.

I did what you said. I updated it like you said.
Now the error changed to:

Could not get shoutbox stat information

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'usr_web93_1.SHOUTBOX_TABLE' doesn't exist

SELECT COUNT(*) as total FROM SHOUTBOX_TABLE
