If you install the MOD to erase shoutbox contents, you will have an Admin link in the ACP. As of yet it is the only other admin link for Neils Fully Integrated Shoutbox, apart from the one made by Neils and that you mention. No SQL needed, just drop the file in your ADMIN directory. It will say "Empty Shoutbox", in the General Admin sub menu.
