Where is the overall_body.tpl?

This mod will make it posible to specify permissions to all "special pages, like MEMBERLIST, PROFILE VIEW and so on.
The permissions support USERGROUP, making this tool very powerfull

sorry for my stupid question
but i can't find the overall_body.tpl in my subSilver template
the extra permission hack requires to alter this tpl

can u help?

sorry should have been overall_header.tpl, I'll correct the how-to - thanks :D
