undo_extra_p_db_udpate.php

This mod will make it posible to specify permissions to all "special pages, like MEMBERLIST, PROFILE VIEW and so on.
The permissions support USERGROUP, making this tool very powerfull

Could someone create an undo_extra_p_db_udpate.php Ver 0.9.0?

Thank you

Yes, please... I need the very same thing.
This mod doesn't work for me & I can't get it all the way out.

Now I have no control over permissions. Great.

I have included this in the download
(if a how-to is EM ready, it will mostly be bullet prof, since a machine is more picky than a human. :D)

Edited to remove my question.
I just downloaded the updated version with the undo database file. Clicked on the wrong link at first. Thanks for adding it in!

shoutbox permission

And what about the permissions for the shoutbox? Am I right, that the remove php only removes the index and memberlist permissions?

Niels, do you think, your extra permission mod can make a "Failed obtaining forum access control lists" error with another mod (the Email Digest mod?)

Thanks:

You are saying the undo database alterations script is in the examples folder. I have a couple of questions about this.

1. Does this mean that to install the mod I have to run the database modifications script in the examples folder?

2. If number 1. is true, then what is the extra_perm_db_update.php for? This is the script I ran to modify my database, is this the reason why the mod didn't work for me?

3. Does the remove script in the examples folder remove the changes that this script makes? If it doesn't how do I remove the changes that this script made?

4. I deleted the extra_perm_db_update.php file after I ran the script, was I supposed to leave that file in my root phpBB directory? Is this the reason why the mod wouldn't work for me.

Thanks in advance.
