Missing overall_header.tpl

This mod will make it posible to specify permissions to all "special pages, like MEMBERLIST, PROFILE VIEW and so on.
The permissions support USERGROUP, making this tool very powerfull

Missing overall_header.tpl

Hi,
I just attempted to install this and I am unable to find overall_header.tpl

Forgive me if this is a dumb question but since my web host has phpbb set up for me to use, could it be possible I am unable to access it?

look inside templates/subSilver/overall_header.tpl
(if a how-to is EM ready, it will mostly be bullet prof, since a machine is more picky than a human. :D)
