No Mass PM button, No mass PM groups

I can type in the user;user;user way but I do not have a drop down menu nor a mass pm button like I had seen on other posts. Is there a line I can check to see that I might have missed?

I think you didn't edit the templates for the private messages pages, there is coming an new button for mass pm's
