Is there an installation-manual which explains how to install only the feature that allows normal user to send pms to multiple receivers (separated by ; ) #2 (see description) and not the usergroup-function #1?

why not implement it completly, and then only use #2, seam easyer to me
you can "enable/disable #1" per usergroup in ACP - so you don't need to wory about it
