Just one (maybe) dumb question; when you click on new pm the string "find a username" is limited to 25 chars I think, so how can I send a message to, for example, 5/6 users (whose usernames are much more than 25 chars) :?:
Thanks a lot in advance and always best regards to your girl(s) :)

I'm really a pain in the *** uh?
Anyway, I upgraded, set permissions to MOD on all groups, I logged in as moderator and opening groupmsg.php I got:
"You have no permissions to mass pm any groups"

Any help again?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Then, after applied changes to privmsg.php, sending a normal pm, I got
Code: Select all
Could not obtain users PM information

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near ') AND user_id <> -1 ORDER BY username ASC' at line 3

SELECT username user_id, user_notify_pm, user_email, user_lang, user_active FROM phpbb_users WHERE username IN () AND user_id <> -1 ORDER BY username ASC

Line : 1030
File : /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/securibox.net/httpdocs/phpBB2/privmsg.php

I thought it was that maybe you forgot in the how to a "," here:
[IN-LINE FIND]
SELECT

[IN-LINE AFTER,ADD]
username

but I tried both versions, with and without the "," after "username", but I got the same error

I have resently posted one more upgrade, witch should solve your error message, please perform the upgrade.

To allow ANY moderator to gain access and not only the group moderator, you must perfom exactly the same changes ito the groupmsg.php as the changes needed for mass_email.php (another topic)

I already did, about that changes on mass_email, I did them also but it does not work, as I posted on the appropriate forum.
