I realize that this must be a stupid question, because everyone else seems to know how to do this...

I installed the mod. Everything seems to have went okay. I have the extra options in the admin control panel. The problem is this: I know where to create a mass e-mail if I'm the admin (do it from the admin control panel), but where do regular users create one? I'm wondering if something's not visible that should be.

I created the group Test & added some test users. In the Group Administration for the Test group I selected REG for "Permissions to mass email." Then I log in as one of the test users (& I've confirmed that the user is ineed a member of the Test group), but I see no way to create a mass email.

I do appologize for asking what has to be a very elementary question, but I've scoured this board for answers for days now, and I just had to ask. Any help is greatly appreciated.
