[Help needed] Subscribe / Unsubscribe

This mod, will add the ability to make "newsletters" and other customised mass emails, status is showen while sending mass email
It will also be posible to grant other users permissions to send mass email to a specific usergroup

Where is the configuration of tis mod located? I have a link under ACP called Group Email, but I can only send mails from that, I don´t see any links with "Subscribe" anywhere ?!?

Anyone..?

Please, I need some help, how to give the option to users to choose to subscribe or to unsubscribe to a newsletter ???

Is it possible to give specific users the right to mass email?
(I don't want to give all the moderators the right to mass email, bit just one user)
