Mass PM Button not working

This mod, will add the ability to make "newsletters" and other customised mass emails, status is showen while sending mass email
It will also be posible to grant other users permissions to send mass email to a specific usergroup

Mass PM Button not working

We have installed this MOD and it is working but for some reason, we can't get the button to show up. We have tried everything we can to fix this. Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about. Any ideas?
