Mass email button not visible for mods

This mod, will add the ability to make "newsletters" and other customised mass emails, status is showen while sending mass email
It will also be posible to grant other users permissions to send mass email to a specific usergroup

Mass email button not visible for mods

Hello Niels,

I've build this mod (alongside the mass pm mod) into a phpbb 2.0.14 and noticed a funny behavior.

The buttons are only visible if I set the permission to email to the specific group to admins, private or registered. If I set it to moderators it is not visible for them.

Any idea where to look for this bug?
