can you post your php code and your .tpl code for me please? I want to see what you did differently.

I found the HTML problem !
Go to "Include" -> emailer.php
Find : text/plain (twice in the page)
Modify by : text/html
After that you will allow to send HTML messages.
So don't forget the <BR> !
