I tried to send a mail to a group where I am member (with a yahoo.com address) and when I received the email notification the sender is : site_name_that_have_sent_the_email@YAHOO.com (even the site name that have sent the email doesn't have email address on Yahoo)

so the Domain name of the sender must be revised ... isn't it ?

the sender of a mass email should be the "domain name" in text, and should work as a reply to either your email if your email is not hidden or if hidden the reply should be sendt to the site email account.

e.g. if I send out a mass email, the email appears in MS Outlook as coming from "mods.db9.dk" - and if I press reply the email is sendt to ncr@db9.dk

if this does not work so, then please verify that your site email is filled correctly, also try "hide/unhide" your own email in your profile, as this will change the "from" behaiver in mass emails

I have modified the site name to Site_Name so I receive the mail from Site_Name@yahoo.com and when I try to reply the field To contains:
Site_Name@yahoo.com, UNEXPECTED_DATA_AFTER_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR.
even I set my address visible/invisible in my profile

sorry, I think you need to be a litle more specific about how the email looks like, could you post the header of a email recived
