After installing : admin_index totally screwed up

This mod, will add the ability to make "newsletters" and other customised mass emails, status is showen while sending mass email
It will also be posible to grant other users permissions to send mass email to a specific usergroup

I have installed this mod and my admin php is totally screwed up.
I have a dutch board installed, and now the left window is in english, while the lain window does not show anything!
