Hi there,

Ok, here's my last request for help.

The "views" feature is not working - it doesn't matter what values I put into the field, the numbers just keep going up whenever someone views the ad, and the banner is never taken out of rotation

Is there something I'm missing?

Other than that it works great.

Uhh thats what it's meant to do? It's just a counter of how many times the banner has been viewed, as I recall...?

So is there a way to have a banner stop being shown after a certain number of views?

no the banner will keep on showing, unless you manually takes it out (disable it)

this option:

Banner filter:
Hide this banner after the user have clicked on it

will make it posible for you to TEMPORARY disable a banner for a ammount of time (cookie based) - it is only disabled for the user, witch have clicked the banner.

The time the banner are disabled can be set in:

Inactive click time:
Number of sec the banner becomes inactive after a user click on it, if banner filter is enabled, the banner will nor show in this time

So setting this to a high number, will disable the banner for a time, but only for that specific PC/user...and only if the user click on the banner...

to acomedate, what you are asking for, you will need to modify the banner SQL found in page_header.php
