Setting Time and/or Data removes all banners?

Hey all,
The banner size and redirects all work fine now! Thanks for the updates/corrections.

The issue I am having now is, if I designate a time/date for a banner, it disappears, like the time period is over...if I set anything, Start and End time, just End time, start and end date, just end date, anything...

If I set NO TIME, then the banners show up just fine...

Any ideas?
