Part of the mod not showing in the ACP

Mod that adds a birthday field to the users profile, theire age are displayed beside the posts, and on there birthday they will have a greeting popup

Part of the mod not showing in the ACP

Well when I open up configuration in the ACP I am not seeing part of the Mod. Its a problem I fixed on another message board but that was well over a year ago and cant remember how to fix it, any suggestions?
