When I change the Birthday look forward in the admin panel. It says this in my whos line box off to right side in a column.
No users have a birthday today
No users are having a birthday in the upcoming 7 days
And to the right there is white space.
When i dont have anything to look forward to there is just a white space.

Anybody know how I can fix this?

I see nothing from the birthday mod. Have you also altered the language file lang_main.php
