Question about the max number of posts

When a user have posted more of the max number of posts, is he removed from the group ?

in short: yes

they will be added once they met the MIN required posts, and once again be removed when the met the max number of posts...

(if a how-to is EM ready, it will mostly be bullet prof, since a machine is more picky than a human.

)
