new group created, then admin lost access

under a local test, i created a new group called test and made myself a moderator. after submitting, i was not able to access the administration section. i cleared the cache and logged in, but the link to the administration end doesn't show up any more. please help.

In phpmyadmin find your name in phpbb_users table and make sure your user_level is set to 1
