Mod not updating database

When checking

"Add/Update new users" or "Delete/Update old users" it tells me the members have been added, however when i check in the group that is not the case. I am not getting any errors anywhere, it just is not updating the database. Any advice?

Also have this issue and going to try fix it myself now, Just came here to see if it would be easy to fix. Seeing no solution ill just have to look myself :(
