Makes it possible for admin to create users from admin panel

User is half created

When I add a new user (fill in username, check the add box and click submit) I get a new window with the new username filled in. I add a e-mail address, password and click submit. Now, when I try to search for that user it says "User does not exist". If I search with a wildcard (*) I can see that a new user was added but its not with the proper username. The user gets added with a username of "new_user". Any help is appreciated.

I've tried to add this mod to a fresh copy of admin_users.php and get the same result. I'm using PHP v. 2.0.5.
