hello,
first excuse my english.
i had installed the MOD which can give the administrator the possibility to add a user (i donwloaded it from phpbb-fr), it work correctly. After i had define the groups and i had classed the users in these groups.
Now if i add a new user, this one will be add in all the groups, so i should delete him from the others groups which he didn't have the permission.

I think this problem come after the installation of the MOD add admin users.
how i can resolve this

have you correctly changed the "default user"... ?

In file admin_users.php is defined
## witch user should be used as "standard", so you may
## configure what default settings new users will have.

by default the default user is user ID 2, witch is admin user - this is the only knowen existing user id if the board is completly fresh - witch is the reasoon why this mod are shiped with this user id..

simply make a new user, witch have the default settings set as you desire new users should have - e.g. usergroups.
some of the settings will though not be copyed from the new user - as some of them will require to be changed
