So there are instructions on how to hack the phpbb. I was wondering if there is a section where hte files come already hacked so that all i hav eto do is upload it?
Cuz i keep making mistakes whne I try to copy/paste stuff

This mod is a "drop in", witch basically means you "just" have to drop it in, along with a very few modifications into existing files.
the modifications is mainly language variables, since these can not be dropped in.
if you "completly" need a "click and go" solution, I would suggest installing EM (Easy mod), once this is installed, all you need to do is click 3 click with your mouse, and the mod is installed and working (sometimes you also need to run a included file from your browser prior to installling the mod) - this mod (EM) is highly recormented, and most of my mods support EM, including admin add users.
Personally I would never install a mod without EM, it makes the installation mutch safer, and less problems due to wrong implemented code - I take special considerations when making the mods "how-to" so they are optimiced for EM

(if a how-to is EM ready, it will mostly be bullet prof, since a machine is more picky than a human.
