first of all you should read the how-to text, it somehow describes this.
how-ever the how-to's may only contain 4 lines of explanation, witch makes it difficult to cover it all.
so:
after installing this mod, you do NOT get any new menu's in ACP, it simply add a extra checkbox to the "User admin" -> "managment" page.
if you mark this checkbox a new user will be created - you may deside if you fill the user name from this page, or later.
To test this, you should first add a "user template", from witch new users default profile settings will be fetched from.
so step 1
create a user, do this by log out and "register" as a new user, this new user should be created, with values you would like to be used as default values - e.g. "hide email, timezone, active, and so on.
once this is done, you should find out witch user ID this new user have, you will need to write this user ID to the admin/admin_users.php file.

Once this is done, you are ready to use this mod.
ok, let do it:
go into ACP, select "User admin"
mark the checkbox "create new user" - you deside if you fill the username now or on the next page.
click"Look up user"
(if you select a username, witch is already taken, you will be notifyed)
now you see a users profile, just as if the user did already exist - nothing new to this, except the user will be created instead of updated.
the values prefilled in the new users profile, is the same as the "default users" - only exeptions are user name, password and email.
if you leave the password blank, the default value from the file will be used (default 123456) - the email and username should always be filled.
this is nice, if you are going to create meny users, and you always need similar profiles e.g. language.
