How to remove checkbox from admin_ug_auth.php

MOD works, but can I get rid of the useless checkbox in the admin_ug_auth.php? I can't and even don't want to create a new user there, only in admin_users.php....although both use same *,tpl for gring up username first...there should be possibility??
