Sorry to be dumb, but I can't find:

$this_userdata = get_userdata( $HTTP_POST_VARS['username'] );
if( !$this_userdata )

...in 2.0.4, so not sure where to put the insertion. Is it completely different, or can it be made to work?

Thanks for your help. Now it's installed, I seem to have trouble making it work.

In my User Administration control panel, I have a nice new 'Create new user' check-box, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I can check it but:

- nothing happens when I enter a username
- when I enter a username then click look up user, I just get the 'Sorry, but that user does not exist' message
- when I enter a username then click Find a username, I just get the usual Find a username box

Have I installed it improperly or am I just not using it properly?

on phpBB2.04- i have installed this mod. Everything works kindof fine.. but heres whats happening to me..

if I make a new account with the name of TEST123, after the account is save, the account always gets renamed to a LOWER case version of the orginal name...

Any idea why?

I cant create new users at all

All the code has been entered correctly and i havea shiny new check box but nothing seems to work

I have the "Create new user" check box as well, after installing this mod... but I don't know what to do with it... nothing happens when I click it (as stated in the last thread)

Same for me.
i installed it on 2.0.4
i have a checkbox create new user in the ACP

but when i enter a name nothing happens

So it doesnt work for me

Any idea ? Please Help
