I activated debug mod, not problem SQL, just an error message afflicted , but this user does not exist

I too have the same problem, the mod worked fine until I installed the attatchment mod. After that when I now put in a user name and check the "create new user" box all I get is:

"Sorry, that user does not exist" ????
